Cant get any service without fighting first!

<p>I moved house over the weekend, I put in my move order way ahead of time.</p> <p>I got the line installed and now just need my ISP to set up the VDSL line for my ADSL</p> <p>It's a brand new line now i get told it first need to be put in the holding pool again and what else.....</p> <p>The last time it took how long to get this done!</p> <p>I am not changing ISP, it's still with Axxess, i just need someone to sign off and resume this line so they can go ahaead and get my internet up and running!</p> <p>Can someone just get this done! Do what needs to be done so the ISP an do what they need to.</p> <p>I have to fight every time to get anything done. I think my process should be, to just come and complain here instead of even contacting your offices, cause every time it ends up here anyway.</p> <p>So whats the point in trying to do it nice.</p> <p>The agent I was chatting to, just closed the chat while I still had queries... just a complete no care attitude... not a care in the world about service!</p> <p> </p>
