Cant get a simple transfer done

It is not possible that Telkom cannot do there core, business all i asked for was to transfer a landline to a new residence, although it is a different exchange i have been into two stores 10213 beyond useless, they supposed to give information regarding following up an order, cant do it. There has to be someone in telkom management that can do there job, noting less nothing more. Do your job that all is required simply that is why each an everyone one of you earn a salary. It is simply to do your job, get it not rocket science, sort this out
