Cant fix/replace my router

My wifi router stopped working, after only 2 months, and Telkom cant contact its repairs department because they offline. It will also take 21 working days to fix, and because its telkom its more like 2 months. They also cant replace it while its broken because they didnt receive stoke since December. Now i am stuck without internet for i don't know how long.How can Telkom expect us to be loyal to them when they cant be loyal to us. There service is terrible.
