CAN'T EVER CANCEL YOUR LINE!!
TELKOM - WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL NOT CANCELLED 4 MONTHS LATER ALREADY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Ref: ********** 1 I have been emailing, calling and messaging Telkom via social media for the past 3 months. This is all in an effort to get Telkom to cancel a line, for which I had sent a cancellation form request on the 4th January 2018.
Up until today, I have not had my request processed at all and instead each time I deal with a Telkom consultant, they just say that they will escalate my problem.
They are just so flipping useless.. It's really sad. How is it, these clowns keep getting away with treating their customers with such contempt?
Worst service, I advise everyone to keep wide and clear - DO NOT RISK DEALING WITH TELKOM.

23 May 2019, 08:57Today is the 23rd of May - MORE THAN A YEAR LATER!!!!!!!! I am still getting sms and calls from VVM to say I owe Telkom money due to unpaid monthly fees on a CANCELLED line! I have had to call in again and speak with yet another TELKOM representative to AGAIN tell me story to AGAIN ask WHY in the HELL is my line STILL not CANCELLED!!!!!!! FFS USELESS USELESS USELESS thy name is TELKOM.
