Can't even do the simple things

It is so sad that service providers can't get the basics right. We have a prepaid sim card with Telkom and a contract sim. All we want is for Telkom to move the contract over to the prepaid number as everyone has this number. We have been up and down to stores, calling the call centres and people just keep passing the blame. No one can seem to assist and it is really rediculous. Telkom has the best rates and plans but the worst service and sometimes it's better to pay more and get better service. I don't see myself staying with Telkom going forward. Worst customer service.
