Can't do simple tasks
Can your stores not get anything right?? A few months ago I updated banking details at the store at mall@redds and then it was never implemented. Then I went to update my address details, I was told it was done and would appear on my next statement and the change was not made. Why is it so difficult for things to get done properly?? Now I must go back in and do it again.
