Can't complain about the service if there isn't any

I need technical assistance with Telkom about an LTE data contract I have. I've been 2x inside the shop, I was promised a call from technical to assist me. That didn't happen. I have dialled SEVERAL 'help' numbers over the past 2 days. There's is no help. One alledged 'technical person' didn't even know what she was talking about wrt LTE. Shocking. No surprise Telkom is in trouble. Many different numbers are advertised on different platforms, so far, NONE have worked
