Can't complain about the service, because there isn't any

Terrible. Our company has been sitting without internet since yesterday...... 3 phone calls later we were able to log a fault. Today I've been trying to get an update, but nobody answers. Holding on for 20 minutes??? How can you do business like this? And now our business is standing still. Not happy at all...
