Line and Adsl down from the 14th January every time they have the excuse waiting for material my call Ref is 90ctk140119 i am expecting a call from a manager not a useless operator because clearly the technician responsible have a don't care attitude and taking his time you clearly don't care if you are in the process of loosing customers the whole area is down and you just don't give a **** typical for a SA company
