Can't complain about service as there is no service

Very very bad service from Telkom my account in credit with them but I have to phone in every day 2 to 3 times to get my account reconnected and every time same response we will rectify your account and sort it out. Promise every time it will be the last time you will have to phone in even spoke to call center manager still no joy why do I have to keep paying for service I don't receive. I'm not even able to reach my kids. Fed up with telkom have to use a Vodacom sim after being years with telkom this is how they treat you.
