Cant close business account

I have tried to close my Telkom business account since August last year, I have been in to the Telkom branch have been referred nd referred and referred and have written emails etc to close the business account, I have used the in store phone option and yet the monthly bill keeps coming. You just absolutely cant close the account and stop the service. I am hoping that this will get it closed as nothing seems to work. my account number is *** MLM van der Molen CC, refuse to pay another month for this.
