Can't cancel Telkom service
It seems it is impossible to cancel a Telkom landline/internet. Despite having requested this on 31 January 2018 it has not happened. Is this how Telkom force people to continue paying for a service they don't want?!

23 Apr 2018, 09:17Good day. Someone contacted me and said my service would be terminated at midnight that same night. I even received an email confirmation. To date my service is still active. The incompetence continues!
