Can't cancel Telkom contract

Still trying to cancel my Telkom contract, been 2 months and I am still being debited no response from Telkom, to calls or emails, Followed all their instructions, I did get 30 + calls trying to force me to upgrade. So now I am paying for a device that I have already paid off. No idea of what to do now
