Cant cancel Telkom contract

<p>Guys, I have now been struggeling since 4 Dec 2016 to cancel my Telkom line. Telkom keeps on referring me to Mweb who in return refers me back to Telkom. In the meantime I keep on receiving monthly statements from Telkom for a service that I do not use anymore.</p> <p>Could someone COMPETENT please assist me in getting this sorted for once and for all????</p>
