CANT CANCEL TELKOM

Good Evening,

We have been trying to cancel our telkom contract now for the last month, they keep reversing it and trying to give it a new reference number, I would seriously like to cancel this service as soon as possible but you can never get hold of someone who is willing to assist, i have already logged it online, been to the store and called the call centre, Please Assist,
