Cant cancel Service

<p>What on earth? I've been trying to cancel my phone line with Telkom. I complete all the forms required, and sent it to the email provided ********** , just to get the following reply:</p> <p>Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:</p> ********** <p>The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept new messages at this stage.
