Cant cancel my Telkom line

I have called the call center for the last 3 days to try and cancel my Telkom line. Each time Im on hold for just over an hour and then the call cuts off and I have to try again. Its ridiculous that this is not a simple process. I guess the only way telkom can keep its customers is by not allowing them to cancel.
