Can't cancel my telephone line!!!!

I cannot cancel my telephone line. I've cancelled my line in April 2016!!!! That is more than 1 year ago and I'm still being charged.

Please cancel my line and reverse all charges!

I've cancelled in the Cresta branch in person April 2016. I then phoned the call center in November 2016 after seeing that I was being charged and was told it would be sorted out. I've phoned in again and logged a complaint and nothing is being done!!!!
