Can't cancel my insurance subscription with Finrite as they ignore my emails.

I am paying insurance on a cell phone which I no longer have and since March I have being emailing Finrite to cancel my insurance and as usual they just ignore my requests.

I will be using another insurance company to handle my cell phones going forward as it took 4 months to get a cell replacement out of finrite and therefore I don't wish to work with this company any longer but I can't get to cancel my insurance.

Please assist.
