Can't cancel my contract with TELKOM

I've tried to cancel my Telkom contract online. I received a confirmation email.

No responses from them and they continue to bill me. I've tried to cancel again online but they say they it's already cancelled. But they still continue to bill me.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE TELKOM!!!
