Cant Cancel my Contract

Telkom Mobile is the most unless company ever.

In December 2021 they billed me double and then I paid the amount as I was fearing that they will list me on ITC. Again Janaury's bill is wrong. So I am trying numerous time per day to cancel the contract but then the call centre line keeps dropping.

I am so frustrated as I can get my contract cancelled.
