Cant cancel my account!

I keep phoning to cancel my internet because I have moved and now you can't provide me with the service you expect me to pay for? Thats against the consumer protection act! Then I get told by customer service I must cancel online and when I go online there is "no accounts" under manage accounts so how must I cancel it then?? You are soooooo useless and cannot help anyone!!!! I want my contract cancelled for free as you cannot expect me to pay for a service you can't supply!
