Can't cancel my a telkom contracts, nothing of theirs work

I am trying to prematurely end 3 contracts and pay up. The stores cannot help. One attendant helped me with the online portal which was not working. I then requested billing to phone me back as my previous attempt lasted in me holding on the line for an hour. They contacted me timeously ut sent me a link to the same stooooopid portal which still does not work. I leave the country in a few days and am closing my account and you cry big tears when you don't get your money and I will say I tried. Let see how a judge treats you in court for making it impossible for someone to engage with you and then trying to retrieve money when it was on the table for the taking and you made it impossible
