Cant cancel home phone line

<p>I have tried since February of this year to cancel my Home phone line with Telkom without success - Tried emailing my form, going into a Telkom Store and phoning there Customer Service Line with no success!!! I have filled in the form and emailed and dropped it off in a Telkom Store but still I have my phone line and still getting billed each month for a line i dont need or use!!! </p> <p>I am at my witts end of what more I have to do to get this phone line cancelled!!! </p> <p>It is supposed to be 30 days from when you send the form - and here I sit almost 3 months later and still no one has phoned me or the line has still not been cancelled!!!</p> <p>Can someone from Telkom please contact me cause I dont know what more I can do!!! This is such shocking Service!!! The exact reason why I went with another company for my Internet because of Telkom and their Bad Service!!!</p> <p> </p>
