Can't Cancel Data Contract with Telkom

Hi, So I have upgraded to Telkom ADSL and I want to cancel my 3G contract but the ********** email does not work at all. The email bounces, I was told to use https://apps.telkom.co.za/eportal/eCustomer/accounts and after creating a profile and linking to my account, I still don't have the option to cancel the account.

Please assist me. Please cancel my 5GB data contract number ********** 494.
