Cant cancel ASDL service

<p>Have done everything required to cancel</p> <p>1. Fill in correct form</p> <p>2. Valid identification</p> <p>3. Email above to ********** <p> </p> <p>Have even tried phoning 10210, but they cant cancel and say i have to email the above information.</p> <p>Tried going to a store, but they cant help either and say i must use the above email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Get a automated response that email has been received but after 4 months of sending the above information multiple times im still receiveing bills from telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it so imposible to cancel a telkom line.</p>
