Cant cancel an old line, cant get a new one working.

<p>When friends and family tell you that Telkom support is improving you can only be suspicious, because you know how poor their service has been over the years.</p> <p>I moved house 3 months ago: over four cancellation requests on the old line and still am paying for my old line. Then to prove that Telkom cannot offer anything but poor service, the application for my new line at the new house was lost, a full month later the line was installed with such a bad buzz you could not use the voice service. Two requests to repair the line closed without repair and now the line simply does not work at all.</p> <p>Well done Telkom you are now my benchmark for poor service. I am paying you for two lines but can not use one.</p> <p> </p>
