"Cant Cancel a Telkom Contract After its Term

Tried to cancel my contract with Telkom after my 24 month term, received reference numbers and still nothing happens, I still receive a bill, and that is for something I do not even have anymore. my internet hasn't been connected since the 24th of April 2019 yet I'm still being billed.
