Can't cancel

I can't cancel my contract. Telkom makes it impossible to cancel when your terms are up.

I initially wanted to upgrade but the upgrades are so *********** telephonically they look at www.gsmarena.com for the specs. Then they keep redirecting you to visit a store. The whole reason I want to phone is to not waste time at the store.

One person sends an email for a store to call me. It's been 4 days still the store can't phone me. You can't phone a store directly. You go through the same *********** call centre.

The other consultant says he can't email a store to phone me. Two different stories from the same call centre.
