Cannot use mobile phone in the West coast

Case nr ********** 3 Cannot phone in West coast area. Was told that our 5 buseness phones need new sim cards as they expired. A trip to Cape Town 150 km shows no faults, yet we cannot use phones for dialing or receiving calls Are you guys trying to **** my buseness? You are dealing too irresponsible , I cannot trust you with our buseness communication any more. You took me out of buseness now for two days. No communication in the West coast. No respect for business. ....really disappointed Still cannot make or receive calls
