Cannot terminate month to month contract with telkom

Cannot manage to stop my month to month internet contract for the past month! Neither the shop nor the phone help line seems to know why its not working to terminate my contract online! Its ridiculous that its so easy to open a contract but when you want to stop the contract it takes months to do!
