cannot receive or make calls
<p>I ported over to Telkom from cellc a few days ago. I did notice that the signal was weak. and yesterday had an issue where my phone lost network completely and a no service message was displayed. I called the call centre, the issue was resolved but it happened again. everytime this happens, i have to manually get back on to the network. Now i discover that i cannot make or receive calls. If Telkom cannot provide even that service (calls) then they should rescend the contract so that i can go back to Cell c. In terms of safety of myself and my family i should be able to make and receive calls. </p>
