Cannot migrate from LTE to LTE uncapped

<p>I took out a 100 GB LTE-A contract in 2015 for 24 months. Telkom's deal of the month for June 2016 offeres uncapped LTE for R799 p/m. The telkom callcentre states that im able to migrate (and pay a R400 migartion penalty). The telkom terms and conditions on the website states that im able to migrate (and pay a R400 migartion penalty). I am happy paying the R400 penalty. The telkom shop states that I'm unable to migrate. If I do want to migrate, I need to cancell my contract and take out a new contract for 24 months. This does not make sense, I already have a device. Why would I lock myself into another contract for 24 months? If I follow the method described by the telkom shops, the R400 penalty does not make sense - it will be much higher.</p>
