Cannot get Telkom to resolve any issues

I have now been struggling with Telkom since 25 October 2019 and my only option is to take my request here now since I have hit a dead-end. I have the following outstanding issues since my fiber has been installed: (1) I am being double billed (2) Integrated SIM cards not working (3) Internet speed 10Mbps instead of 20Mbps. All this is after new fiber installation.
