CANNOT GET SIM CARD RICA'D BY TELKOM

I posted a report on 26th November about an offer I accepted for a Telkom data service with router. The router and Heita sim card were delivered the next day. But since then I have not heard from anyone and I cannot get my sim card rica'd. The guy who signed me up for the service has disappeared off the face of the earth and Heita and Telkom in store are telling me there is nothing they can do. So does anyone want to buy a router from me? Huawei latest model. And how do I go about cancelling this contract? Someone from Telkom responded immediately to my post, with a promise to contact me, giving me a reference number and email address. I have mailed them 4 times with no response at all. So Telkom - you suck!! Lip service and no action.
