Cannot get in contact with Telkom, change of ownership is annoying

You can't win with Telkom, I can tell you that much.

I am in the process of taking over a retail store in Betehehem, and there is no office here to go to, nearest office is in Welkom, and guess what? THEY DO NOT HAVE A LANDLINE!!! How does that work?

How am I going to get a change of ownership done with such petty service???
