cannot get hold of telkom

Hi Telkom, How Do I get hold of you, calling you takes forever, making use of the online platforms is a mess.

All I wanted to do was upgrade one of my month to month deals to something better, this is a concern as If it takes this much effort to upgrade I can just imagine if there is a problem.
