Cannot get hold of call centre to cancel services

I have tried for 3 days to get hold of the Telkom call centre to cancel my line and I just get put on hold and no one ever answers! I would like all services cancelled! <br> My account number is *** and the line number is ***.<br> <br> Please can someone email me on [Email Removed] and confirm that my line has been cancelled as I have wasted enough of my airtime sitting on hold with a seemingly useless call centre!
