Cannot get hold of call center for a week .
Greetings ladies and gentlemen , i would just like to say im really tired of Telkom, there call center is so pathetic they hardly answer their phones and ive been struggling with my internet for 3 weeks my son is unable to complete his online college at home he needs to do it at campus , i am hardly able to access my gmails im even lucky if im online. Telkom are a bunch of croeks and ******* including a bunch of *******ed minds.I will leave this internet package for (Afrihost) by the looks of things i can get better packages with them and service im really tired of being treated like **** by Telkom useless people.

18 Oct 2017, 11:36Greetings Keagan , I appreciate your response i have already cancelled my subscription with telkom as i was more offline than online with you guys i was actually just wasting my money, i was suppose to be on a 2MB line and i was only getting a 100kb/s if lucky so i have moved to afrihost as i get better service with them and they are satellite with better package deals . I would've stayed with you guys if my dsl was not so bad as me being a tech support worker i really needed better internet in order to help my co workers at work . Thank you for getting back to me and good luck for the future.
