cannot get a booking right to install internet

its been almost 2 months now that we are trying to get a telkom adsl line installed at my house for internet!! the first time the installers went to an address in pretoria yet i live in midrand!!! <br> all they do is send us an SMS that someone is coming to install on a certain date and reply NO if not a suitable date. i rep**** no, and yet someone still comes to my house to install when i am at work!!!<br> how can we get this right? i cannot call anyone as there is no answer. i cannot sit at home waiting for them as i work!!! please someone give me a call to make a proper appointment!!!
