Cannot find Stock

<p>I am trying to get a new DSL router for home, so I went onto the Telkom site to find what is available.</p> <p>I found that they had a couple options to choose from, but I could not find price or availability. I phoned 10210 and spoke to a consultent for information but was told they could not help. I went to a Telkom direct store to have a look. The store only had one of the modems from the website and one of the ones I wanted. I asked if they could direct me to a store which has stock and they said they could not. I then tried calling around and no one either answered their phones are could give me information.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is terrible that a company can offer products but leave the onus totally on the Customers to run around trying to find products. Especially with Telkom saying they are Customer First and such.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
