Cannot depend on Telkom very unreliable

I Rajendra Ranchod Lala I.d.No.*** have made an arrangement to pay my account as to covid-19 shutdown. On the night of 24/4/2020 Mr Lebohang Ramela have informed me to pay half R768.98 which I've done. My Refence number for this case is ***2. Tonight Telkom have debited my bank account with R1537.96 which leaves me with a credit balance of R768.98. Now my insurances will be returned unpaid due to insufficient funds. Is this call service. How will i sort my insurances??? Gosh i really don't know what will i do now. I will not upgrade my future contracts will Telkom mobile but cancel them. If Telkom can't assist me in these tough times i don't need them in future.
