cannot contact anyone
I have been trying to cancel my Anytime Extra facility as I no longer use it. I have phoned 10210 thee times and given up after waiting more than 10 minutes for someone to answer, I have emailed them, but got no reply, I have posted on Facebook again with no reply, so please tell me what else I must do, as every day of remaining on this option is costing me money.
