Cannot claim the free Samsung earbuds as per the Telkom Advert !!!

As part of the Cellular magazine promotions, Telkom advertises that if you upgrade to the Samsung A54 cell phone and also take the Samsung Galaxy 4 watch on contract, I can claim free Galaxy Buds Live earbuds worth R2 999- from Samsung. However, when logging in to the Samsung Members App as per the Telkom magazine advert, I cannot find Telkom on the service provider drop down box on the app and therefore cannot proceed to finalising the claim . How do I claim the earbuds as advertised by yourselves ?
