Cannot change debit order! Horrible service!

Logged a call with useless Telkom to change my debit order details on 14 Arpil 2022. They said it was done, but can only start at the end of May. End of May the money is debited off the wrong account. I send them (***) an email again on 17 June 2022 stating it was not done. End of June, it is still not done! Useless. DO NOT USE TELKOM! ***-560C70E74
