Cannot cancel …. They refuse to let you

Impossible to cancel a contract

I am frustrated . You cannot cancel on the app or website both says you need to call 081180 and when you choose the option for cancelation you are put on hold indefinitely just to prevent you from cancelling the contract. There is no customer service only sales. Worst network to deal with
