Cannot cancel Telkom contract

This is a joke. Struggling again to cancel 2 contracts that expired. Took 6 months to cancel data contract that expired that I had to pay for nothing. Tried to phone, tried to log in, sent various emails. Still waiting for feedback.Beware, do not start any contract with Telkom. Impossible to stop although contract expired.
