Cannot cancel Telkom agreement on cellular business contract
I have tried for months now to cancel my business cellular agreement with 8 TA Telkom. I have phoned the call center numbers, e-mailed the cancellation form, letter from my company, proof of address etc to ********** visited the Telkom shop for assistance in the Vaal Mall and still each month they just take another debit order. They must be the worst cellular service provider in SA from my experience.

18 Sept 2018, 14:04Hi Gerhard and Telkom Team - Almost two weeks later and still nobody contacted me. Your service will make that I personally never work with Telkom again - so keep up the good work and you too will be out of a job soon as more and more customers come to the same conclusion due to your poor service.
