Cannot cancel telkom account.

I am having a really hard time trying to cancel my telkom landline.

The first time I tried to cancel my telkom account was on the 20th of March but the line was still with my ISP Afrihost. Afrihost has since confirmed the cancelation with ref nr ********** 96A. But Telkom keeps on insisting that the line is with afrihost and that they cannot cancel the landline.

After all the portal updates and news articles Telkom is still trying to **** customers out of their hard earned cash.
