Cannot Cancel Telkom Account

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom Account for almost 6 months! I moved to a remote location where Telkom does not support my needs and they told me that I needed to cancel my account but the problem is that IT"S IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the account.

Apparently I can only do it online but the website where I need to cancel does not work. I have Tried walk in shops and they can not help either. I have phoned the call centers many times and they can not help either. All of them tell me to go online....It's Frustrating because I still receive the bill each month and I refuse to pay it. Please can someone help here. It's really taking a toll on me trying to cancel this account.
